What kinds of contributions are most useful right now?
Three things: events we missed, factual corrections to existing pages, and Crozet-area businesses that should be in the directory. Photos and primary-source links are welcome on any of those.
Do I need an account to contribute?
No. The form on this page is open to anyone. We do not currently offer accounts; everything goes to a maintainer's inbox and gets reviewed by hand.
Will I get credit for what I contribute?
If you tell us how you'd like to be credited — name or handle — we add it to the page where the contribution lands. Default is no credit.
Can I add my own business?
Yes, please do. Submit the basics (name, address, phone, website, hours) plus a short description. We verify against a public source before publishing.
How do you decide what gets included?
Anything that's public, verifiable, and useful to a Crozet resident or visitor. We do not republish private or paywalled content; we link out instead.
